Asif completed class 10 in 2017 and left with a Matriculation certificate. He is currently studying F.Sc at the Government College in Model Town.  His certificate enables him to train and work in a men’s hair salon to fund is studies and support his family.

Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen – die alle Urdu, Punjabi und Englisch sprechen-, kennen die Stadt, das Umland und die lokalen Gebräuche. 

Die Mitarbeiter bestehen unter anderem aus einem Projektmanager, einem Schuldirektor, Lehrern und Lehrerinnen, sowie dem übrigen Mitarbeiterstab, und sind zumeist Frauen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgebildet, qualifiziert, und es ihnen ein besonderes Anliegen, ihre lokale Gemeinschaft zu unterstützen.

Unterstützung der laufenden beruflichen Entwicklung

Alle Mitarbeiter werden ermutigt ihr Wissen zu erweitern und immer auf dem aktuellen Stand der Lehrmethoden zu bleiben. Dies stellt sicher, dass die Lehrerinnen und Lehrer sich weiter entwickeln, und die Kinder somit die bestmögliche Ausbildung erhalten.

Enger Kontakt zu den Eltern

Der Stab ist Teil der Gemeinschaft und bemüht sich aktiv um die Herausforderungen, denen die Kinder zu Hause begegnen könnten

Regelmäßige Eltern-Lehrer-Treffen informieren Eltern über Fortschritte und ermutigen mehr elterliche Beteiligung.
