The child has one intuitive aim: self development

Christmas Celebrations

It was the first time that SMHS saw an event of such magnitude. It was well planned and well organised. A lot of effort and attention minute details was paid in order to make it colourful, festive celebration. The ground was beautifully decorated with balloons and buntings as well as food and game stalls.  But the centre of attraction were the two jumping castles. The big jumping castle was provided free of charge by the owner Mrs. Mariam Maneka, . We had to pay very nominal charges for the small castle and balloons. Nestle Pakistan donated fruit juices for our children. Most of the children came with their parents, making this a rare day out for the whole family to enjoy and remember.  The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had to be literally dragged out of the jumping castles.

The presence of our advisory board member, Mr. and Mrs. Masood Chishty sahib was a source of great pleasure and encouragement for the students, staff and management of SMHS. They mingled with the students and staff and visited all the stalls. Sir Hasnain, out Accountant, also participated.  All were delighted to see the fun and joy experienced by the children.

Christmas gifts

It’s a tradition at Swiss Model High School that all the children are given Christmas gifts. These gifts are very lovingly purchased and gift wrapped by the school management. The children wait the whole year for these gifts and their excitement and inquisitiveness as to what the gift will be is truly worth watching.
